COVID - 19 Information and Impact on Service

We continue to work within the Scottish Government's guidelines ensuring the safety of all our employees and partner companies are a priority.

DELIVERY - UPDATE as of 20 December 2021

There has been some delivery issues reported by carriers as a result of the driver shortage and the impact of the new Omicron variant on staffing levels. This has had a very minimal impact on our deliveries up to now but reports are increasing on issues being evident in some areas. I would ask that you please allow for the possibility of a slight delay until this is rectified.

The areas indicated by one of our courier Partners APC is. :

There is no current impact or delay on dispatch of orders from our warehouses.

Some carriers have amended their delivery process as a result of the pandemic and this is ongoing. A photograph of the parcel being delivered may now replace a signature on delivery. This varies from carrier to carrier.

We have also had to manage the impact of Brexit and Covid on our supply chain. We would like to thank everyone for their understanding and support during this time.
