Once your order is ready for collection, we will email you to confirm.
Please note: Orders placed after 2:00pm may not be available for collection until the next working day.
UK Delivery Information
We offer a range of tracked delivery services throughout mainland UK.
Delivery prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and outlined below.
All parcels are sent using tracked delivery services where available. A signature may occasionally be required upon delivery.
Important Delivery Information
- Orders placed after 2:00pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
- We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday may not be dispatched until Monday.
- Delivery services and timescales are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, courier delays and remote delivery locations.
- Some remote or rural postcode areas may require additional delivery time.
- Delivery may not be available for certain products or locations including some offshore and remote UK regions.
- If we are unable to fulfil delivery to your address, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
- Claims for lost parcels cannot be processed until 15 days after dispatch.
Northern Ireland & EU Deliveries
Due to ongoing regulatory and product compliance requirements, we are currently unable to offer delivery services to Northern Ireland or EU destinations for certain products.
These restrictions relate to current product safety and compliance regulations affecting the movement of goods between Great Britain, Northern Ireland and EU member states.
