We are proud of the quality of our Azuma Outdoor garden furniture and want customers to buy with confidence. Selected furniture items include either a 2 year or 3 year guarantee, as clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Our Guarantee Promise

Selected Azuma Outdoor garden furniture sets, chairs and benches are guaranteed against manufacturing or structural faults for either 2 years or 3 years from the original date of purchase.

The length of the guarantee will be clearly shown in the individual product description. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and proof of purchase will be required.

What Is Covered?

The guarantee covers manufacturing or structural faults affecting the main frame or structure of selected Azuma Outdoor garden furniture.

  • Faulty materials or workmanship affecting steel, aluminium or tubular metal parts.
  • Structural defects which arise through normal domestic use.

What Is Not Covered?

The guarantee does not cover damage, wear or deterioration caused by normal use, misuse, environmental conditions or circumstances outside of a manufacturing fault.

  • Moving parts, elastic cords and mechanisms such as drawers, hinged lids or castors, as these naturally deteriorate with use.
  • Upholstery, seat pads, cushions and fabric parts, as these naturally deteriorate with use.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Incorrect assembly or failure to follow assembly instructions.
  • Damage caused by vandalism, misuse or neglect.
  • Damage caused by adverse weather conditions.
  • Damage to powder coating or paintwork, including damage which may later lead to rust.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Fading or colour changes caused by sunlight or UV exposure.
  • Goods purchased second hand or at auction.
  • Goods received free of charge or donated.
  • Goods purchased as ex-display, clearance seconds or imperfect stock where the issue was made clear at the time of sale.
  • Goods used in a commercial or contract environment, including hotels, restaurants, bars, holiday lets, rented accommodation, campsites or similar non-domestic settings.
  • Goods transported or used outside the UK.

Items Not Included

Not all Azuma Outdoor products include a 2 year or 3 year guarantee. The relevant product page will confirm whether a guarantee applies.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, BBQs, fire pits, covers, parasols, parasol bases and similar garden accessories are not included within the Azuma Outdoor furniture guarantee.

Making a Claim

To make a claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase. This can be the original sales invoice, receipt or payment confirmation.

If a claim is made more than 30 days after purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to return and collect any goods to and from our address.

Once received, Azuma Outdoor will inspect the product. If a manufacturing or workmanship fault is confirmed, Azuma Outdoor will, at its discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product.

Additional Information

The Azuma Outdoor guarantee is provided by XS-Stock.com Ltd in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Guarantee services, including inspections, repairs, replacements and claim handling, are subject to product availability, operational requirements and the continued provision of support services.

In certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including business or operational changes, it may not always be possible to continue offering repair, replacement or aftersales support services in their current form.

Nothing within this guarantee affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.

 

This section does not remove or reduce any legal rights a customer may have. It explains that the additional Azuma Outdoor guarantee depends on the guarantee provider remaining in a position to honour it.

Your statutory rights may differ from this additional guarantee and may depend on the circumstances of the purchase, the nature of the fault and the time that has passed since purchase.
