It’s so exciting when you’re young, it seems like everything is a first. I remember when I got invited to my first big party - it was for Halloween. I was so excited. I planned my costume weeks in advance. Spent hours getting ready on the night of the big event. My mum dropped me off (fashionably late, I might add). I got into the house and…at least three other girls were wearing the same costume as me. I was gutted.
